EPILOGUE
An imperator is someone with a will.
An imperative is something an imperator will.
An imperative judgment is an imperative in either the modality will/before or the modality will/after.
An imperative in the modality will/before is a law of freedom.
A law of freedom is either an ethical law or a juridical law.
A juridical law is either external or internal.
The sovereign law in a sovereign republic is internal.
Kant writes:
"Ethical lawgiving (even if the duties might be external) is that which cannot be external; juridical lawgiving is that which can also be external." (Text)/(AA VI:220)
